Successful mastering of blocks 1 and 2 of the OP "Gastronomic tourism" disciplines (fields of knowledge 24 – Service area; specialty 242 - Tourism) of the first year of study.
Course content
this academic discipline is devoted to study the role of gastronomic tourism in the general ecosystem of tourism and the disclosure of modern content ecosystem and eco-oriented approaches to the organization of gastronomic tourism, aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); highlighting the role in this process specialized international organizations and consideration of the best practices of ecosystem development of gastronomic tourism in the world, including modern ecological guidelines tourist demand.
