PRN2. Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites: successful mastering of subjects "Introduction to Linguistics", "Old Slavonic Language", "Graphics, spelling, orthoepy of the Belarusian language", "Introduction to Slavic Philology", "Phonetics of the Belarusian language", "Ukrainian literary language in European civilization measurement ". Requirements: 1. Know the history of Ukraine and Belarus, Ukrainian and Belarusian literature in the school curriculum and listened to the subjects of OP; the place of Slavic in the general classification of languages; basic phonetic and grammatical characteristics of the Ukrainian and Belarusian languages. 2. Be able to connect theoretical knowledge with specific phenomena of the Ukrainian and Belarusian languages ​​and general historical and cultural facts; plan and evaluate their own work. 3. Possess general factual knowledge of a humanitarian nature.
Course content
The aim is to give students a thorough knowledge of the history of Ukrainian and Belarusian languages, their dialect composition, stages of formation of literary languages ​​in a comparative aspect, to form an idea of ​​the processes of formation of the most important phonetic and grammatical features of Belarusian in comparison with Ukrainian and other Slavic languages. professional competencies of future Slavic specialists. The course consists of three content modules: MR.1. "Categorical apparatus of the history of language as a science and general characteristics of Ukrainian and Belarusian in the circle of Slavic languages", MR.2. “Origins and functioning of Old Ukrainian and Old Belarusian languages” and MR.3. "Formation and functioning of literary languages ​​and characteristics of modern literary situations in Ukraine and Belarus." Form of final control - credit.

Assessment methods and criteria
After the lectures, practical classes are held on relevant topics, on which the assessment of the planned types of work and forms of control is carried out: oral report (max. 5), abstract / essay (max. 10), additions, participation in the discussion (max. 3), presentation ( max. 6), modular control work (max. 15). During the semester written works are checked, individual consultations are held, the level of assimilation of the material submitted for independent processing is estimated. The final grade is based on the results of the student's work during the semester and the oral answer on the test. The minimum positive number of points to receive "credited" - 60 points
