Learning outcomes
PLO 8. Evaluate historical achievements and the latest achievements of literary studies. PLO 11. Carry out scientific analysis of linguistic, speech and literary material, interpret and structure it taking into account appropriate methodological principles, formulate generalizations based on independently processed data. PLO 26.3. Carry out literary and critical analysis in the form of literary and critical articles, reviews, etc. of works of fiction. PLO 28.3 Analyze and interpret the artistic features of literary works - in the context of the development of art (painting, architecture, sculpture, etc.).

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The following student competencies are required: To know: • the basics of semiotics, semantics, signification; • the principles of the functioning of sign systems; • the correspondence of the translation of logograms into the modern language; • the main features of the logograms of the Trypillian culture, modern ornaments and vocabulary. To be able to: • adequately decode the sign system of logograms into the modern language; • find equivalents of logograms in different sign systems, myths, literatures; • independently analyze and research the logograms of the Ukrainian lexicon. To have elementary skills: • classify logograms by type of graphemes, geometric and zoo-faunal, ornithological, anthropomorphic features, compositional structures; • apply in practice the acquired knowledge about sign systems, about the principles of signification of logograms and alphabetic writing, find genetic connections of modern literature, folklore, culture with lexicons of the past.
Course content
Курс «Лексикон українських логограм» є ключовим для розуміння й інтерпретації особливої знакової системи, збереженої в археологічний культурі, на вишивках, писанках, інтер’єрах й екстер’єрах, у різних жанрах фольклору з міфемними ознаками, в архетипах колективної свідомості, еквівалентних міфам інших давніх народів, внутрішньому (етимологічному) значенні мови, що відображено в сучасній літературі, надто поезії, в її тропіці. Курс пов’язаний з різними дисциплінами філології, з логікою, семіологією, теоріями міфу, археологією, фольклористикою, графологією, психоаналізом, аналітичною психологією, історією, феноменологією.

Types of work: oral answers, participation in a discussion, abstract assignment, creative assignment, test.
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system. During the semester, assessment is carried out in accordance with the types of work and forms of control described in clause 7.1. All learning outcomes are assessed in lectures and practical classes during the semester. The discipline ends with a test. The final number of points in the discipline (maximum 100 points) is determined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final test. The test is issued based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment measures. Students who have scored less than 60 points in total during the semester must prepare material on the topics for which the debt arose in the form of writing independent works, creative tasks, essays, or, if necessary, write a test.
