Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: approaches, principles, teaching methods, forms of organizing teaching in higher education; methodological principles of forming knowledge, skills and abilities; psychological principles of teaching students in higher education institutions. Be able to: develop plans-summaries and conduct lectures, practical, seminar classes in higher education; adhere to the approaches and principles of teaching in higher education, select and use optimal methods and methodological techniques for teaching in higher education. Students must take a course in pedagogy and psychology of higher education.
Course content
The goal of the discipline is the formation of students' methodological competence – knowledge, skills, ability and readiness to plan, organize, implement, reflect on the process of learning English in higher education, monitor and evaluate students' educational achievements.

Assessment methods and criteria
The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student for answers in practical classes, writing MCR. A student can score a maximum of 80 points for work during the semester.
