PLО 1. To formulate, analyze and synthesize solutions of scientific and practical problems.
PLО 9. To make effective decisions under uncertain conditions that require the implementation of new approaches, methods and tools of social and economic research.
PLО 12. To give reasons for management decisions regarding the effective development of business entities, taking into account goals, resources, limitations and risks.

To know: the main directions of innovation development at Ukrainian and foreign enterprises; the main provisions of Ukrainian legislation regarding the creation, development and management of enterprises in Ukraine; the main normative and organizational principles of building and registration of enterprises in Ukraine; main economic performance indicators of the enterprise; the main stakeholders of the business environment; basic consumer research tools; competitor research methods; the main sources of funding for business performance.
To have skills of creative thinking; public speeches and presentations of prepared material – individually or working in small groups.
Course content
The discipline involves the study of specific methods and tools for the designing and development of a startup at all stages: from the generation of business ideas to the search for investors/financial resources by startup participants.

3. Modular test 1 - (LO 1.1;1.2; 2.1-2.3) - 10 points / 6 points;
4. Modular test 2 (LO 1.1;1.2; 2.1-2.3) - 10 points / 6 points;
5. Presentation of Individual work (LO 1.1;1.2; 2.1-2.3;3;4) - 20 points / 12 points
6. Final assessment – Exam 40 points / 24 points.
