This discipline introduces students to the partial directions of nature tourism, which are interested in objects of both living and non-living nature, the features of organizing such trips, and the resources necessary for this.
The structure of the discipline contains two modules. The first of them is dedicated to getting to know the directions of nature tourism, the objects of interest of which are flora and various fauna (ornitho-, entomo-, therio-, ichthyo-), and the trips themselves are implemented in nature conservation territories of various levels of bequest or in tours to natural museums
The second part of the course introduces students to such partial directions as speleotourism and mineralogical (hemo-) tourism. The first involves getting to know cave complexes from the standpoint of understanding them as geological and geomorphological formations - monuments of inanimate nature. Mineralogical tourism introduces the manifestations or historical places of mineral extraction and the collections of geological and natural history museums.
Along with the theoretical course, the program includes practical classes, where students present reports and reports on the resource base for the implementation of partial directions, analyze existing tours in domestic and global practice, etc.
