Learning outcomes
1. Collect, process and analyze information in the field of geographical sciences for needs of cross-border, national, regional and local complex environmental projects (P05) 2. Know the goals of sustainable development and opportunities of their professional sphere to achieve them, in including in Ukraine during implementation cross-border programs and projects of environmental cooperation (P010) 3. Understand basic environmental laws, rules and principles of environmental protection and nature management and apply them knowledge for project implementation cross-border environmental cooperation (P012)
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
2.1. Successful mastering of the disciplines "Meteorology", "Environmental problems of sustainable development", "Ecological monitoring", "Fundamentals of geoecology", "Introduction to profession" etc. 2.2. To know the essence of global environmental problems of the modern world; understand basic worldview concepts of world development; consequences of problems, including for of Ukraine, and systemic approaches to their mitigation, taking into account the role of the main ones population groups. 2.3. To be able to realize the values ​​of civil (free democratic) society and the need for its sustainable development, to show character anthropogenic pressure in the system "man - society - nature", under the conditions lack of information, find the necessary information on the Internet and analyze the received information with regard to international environmental cooperation.
Course content
The educational discipline is devoted to the survey of the Earth's climates, geographical ones patterns of their distribution, detection of changes in climatic elements, which affect the environment and the state of health of the population, the study of modern technologies regarding mitigation of such changes. Interrelationships are considered in this respect non-governmental and governmental organizations, institutions in the field of international environmental cooperation, the principles and methods of planning a person's economic activity, in particular in its context impact on the environment and ways to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. (TSSR-30).
