Learning outcomes
Utilize methods of computational intelligence, machine learning, neural network, and fuzzy data processing, as well as genetic and evolutionary programming to address issues of recognition, forecasting, classification, and identification of control objects, among others. Design, develop, and analyze algorithms to solve computational and logical tasks, evaluate the efficiency and complexity of algorithms utilizing formal models of algorithms and computational functions. Employ the methodology of system analysis for objects, processes, and systems to analyze, forecast, manage, and design dynamic processes in macroeconomic, technical, technological, and financial entities. Develop software models of subject environments, select a programming paradigm based on its convenience and effectiveness for implementing methods and algorithms to solve problems in the field of computer science.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of theoretical foundations of system analysis and design, system modeling, intelligent data analysis, artificial intelligence methods, modern databases, SQL, web development, and organization of high-performance computing. Ability to apply methods and technologies of structural and object-oriented programming, design and development of modern databases, process modeling, artificial intelligence, and intelligent data analysis. Proficiency in development and support of software life cycle, data collection, storage and processing, and intelligent data analysis.
Course content
Pre-diploma internship plays a significant role in the preparation of highly qualified professionals who possess a comprehensive set of professional knowledge, practical skills, and necessary organizational qualities in the field of computer science. This type of internship serves as a preparatory stage for the development of the chosen topic for the bachelor's graduation qualification work. It involves collecting materials for the completion of the qualification work, studying new advancements related to the topic, reviewing existing solutions for the identified and formulated problem, conducting research, and implementing the obtained results.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Consultations with the practice supervisor, studying documentation, independent work, completing individual tasks, preparing a practice report presentation of the practice report, project work in mini-groups.
Assessment methods and criteria
The final grade for the practice is determined based on the results of the practical training at the enterprise and the defense of the practice report. When assigning grades for the practice, the following criteria are taken into account: ● Evaluation from the practice supervisor at the enterprise/organization - 40 points. ● Evaluation from the practice supervisor at the university - 40 points. ● Evaluation received during the defense of the practice report - 20 points. The students' performance during the practice is assessed on a 100-point scale. To obtain a passing grade for the practice, it is required to complete the practical training at the enterprise, achieve a score of at least 60% of the maximum possible points, and successfully defend the practice report.
