Learning outcomes
PR01. The possibility of analyzing the features of natural and anthropogenic systems and objects of the Earth's geosphere. PR02. Applying one's knowledge to identify and solve problematic issues and make informed decisions in the Earth sciences. PR07. Knowledge of modern methods of studying the Earth and its geospheres; basic principles of management of enterprises in the field of nature management, their organization, production and organizational structure of management. PR12. Modeling geospheric objects and processes, using cartographic and mathematical methods and geoinformation technologies. PR13. Opportunities to identify and classify known and register new objects in geospheres, their properties, phenomena and processes inherent in them.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the disciplines taught at the Department of Geodesy and Cartography (Bachelor's level). Students who have successfully completed the full study of the material of the specified program and have no debts from disciplines and practices for the period of study are admitted to the comprehensive qualification exam.
Course content
The comprehensive qualification exam involves checking the general theoretical and practical training of graduates in accordance with the requirements specified in the educational and scientific program "Cartography and Geographical Information Systems".

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The qualification exam is conducted in written form at the meeting of the Examination Commission. The commission checks and evaluates the level of theoretical and practical training of students, establishes the compliance of the educational level of their training with the established requirements. Students' answers are evaluated in points for each question according to the defined evaluation criteria.
Assessment methods and criteria
The evaluation of the exam result is carried out according to the 100-point system with subsequent transfer to the national scale
