Learning outcomes
To acquire knowledge about: features of economic development of European countries; formation of market conditions; competitive foundations for the formation of the European business environment; market riskology and forecasting methods, their features for European countries; factors of formation of the market trends of the European transport services markets; determinants of European innovation markets; mechanism of tourist markets of European countries. To be able to analyze information from various sources; analyze models of development of national economies; identify the manifestations of economic globalism; to forecast development trends of international markets. Gain basic communication skills: communication in the process of presentation of individual works and preparation of group reports. Autonomy and responsibility: choose the topic of individual works and adapt theoretical methods to their study; draw conclusions from individual works.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The academic discipline "European goods and services market conditions" is based and closely interacts with the cycle of disciplines of theoretical, professional and practical training, in particular, "Economics", "Fundamentals of International Microeconomics", "Theory of International Economic Relations", "Regulation of International Economic Relations", "International Business", "Research of Trends in the World Markets", etc.
Course content
Topic 1. Theoretical foundations of market research. The system of factors determining the modality of the market at the micro-, meso- and macro- levels and the methodology for their assessment. Topic 2. The European energy market analysis. Topic 3. The EU agricultural market analysis. Topic 4. Trends in the European market of the automotive industry. Topic 5. Modalities of EU services markets. Features of financial and consulting services markets. Topic 6. Trends in the European transport and tourism markets. Topic 7. Analysis of the European commodity markets, which are under-traded for Ukraine.

Semester assessment is carried out in the form of testing knowledge and skills: 1. During the answers at the seminar (participation in the discussion); 2. In the form of presentations of the results of individual works 1 and 2. 5. During the module test.
