Learning outcomes
Know: the use of the article. The main forms of verbs. Past Simple and Participle. Method: valid and mandatory. Verbs-connections. Features of the use of auxiliary words. Modal verbs. Formation of temporal forms. The meaning and use of times. Passive condition. The rule of coordination of times, direct and indirect speech. Indefinite verb forms: Infinitive and Gerund.
Be able to: Pronounce English sounds and words correctly, connect words in the language flow. Master the technique of reading aloud. Understand the language of the teacher and speaker within the material covered. Read and understand unfamiliar adapted text. Retell read (or listened to) text. Write a dictation for 1000 printed characters. Translate text from English into Ukrainian and from Ukrainian into English. Understand English and have a conversation within the subject.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) the acquisition by students of English language skills in the domestic, socio-cultural, socio-political and financial spheres and is a preparatory stage for study in the professional field;
2) ensuring practical knowledge of a foreign language which throughout the study should become a means of communication for students.
