Know: conceptual and terminological apparatus; basic strategies of the international enterprise; basic forms of organizing the activities of an international enterprise; basic product and product strategies; basic financial strategies; approaches and mechanisms for determining investment incentives; determining factors and components of the investment climate; principles of action and advantages of creation of free economic zones; principles of investment protection; systems and methods of regulating foreign investment. Be able to: apply the method of the conceptual apparatus; form modern strategies of activity of the international enterprise; allows comparative analysis of the use of different strategies and tools of a restrictive nature; analyze the use of investment incentives and determine their role for foreign investors; analyze the investment climate of the country-recipient of foreign investment.

Full-time form

1. Knowledge of the basics of world economy, macroeconomics, microeconomics, international financial markets, international business; 2. Ability to analyze the theoretical foundations of international financial markets; 3. Be able to analyze the causes and consequences of trends in international finance, including credit markets and international production. 4. Possess basic skills of search and analysis of theoretical original sources, analytical materials and statistical data sources. 5. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages to get acquainted with theoretical sources on international lending.

Strategies for transnationalization of the firm. Resource strategies of an international enterprise. Product strategies. Financial strategies and in-house financial transactions. Organizational and managerial structure of an international enterprise and forms of organization of international operations
