Learning outcomes
To know now the basic concepts and tools of reengineering; methods of determining business processes and their relationship in the enterprise, the essence of organizational and administrative changes, methods of diagnosing organizational change, change strategies; business process management models, methods of reengineering, organization of monitoring and control of reengineering implementation; the specifics and relationship between revolutionary (business process reengineering, mergers and acquisitions) and evolutionary (continuous improvements in Japanese management, organizational development) change; basic methods of business process improvement: Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO, BPR
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the basics of strategic and financial analysis as well as risk management; ability to study, evaluate, analyze and summarize the main financial indicators of the company, reflecting the effectiveness of the organization; mastery of analytical research and analysis skills.

4. Business process as a basic category of reengineering
5. Diagnosis of business processes
6. Technology of structural analysis of business processes
7. Functional cost analysis of business processes

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 30 points), additions (up to 5 points), written assignment (up to 5 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is a test. The test is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the test – up to 20 points.
