Learning outcomes
Know the theoretical,methodological foundations,features of classification of business communications,the concept of psychological manipulation in business, basic theories of mass communication,models of communication,the essence of integrated marketing communications,the concept of ATL, BTLcommunications,essence and incentives of propaganda,publicity and lobbying,the nature and types of direct marketing,the concepts and objectives of advertising,the concepts and features of personal selling, theoretical foundations, principles and tools of PR,the main directions of MR:current media coverage of the subject, activities for journalists,basic concepts and principles of copywriting in the field of advertising and marketing, concepts and tasks of spin doctoring, essence,features of modern methods of business communication - impression,personalized,unobtrusive,contact,aftermarket marketing,product placement,concept and content,types,characteristics of digital business communication channels

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of theoretical foundations of marketing, management, international marketing, international management. Possession of basic skills of search, processing and analysis of information from various sources

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. The discipline ends with a test. Work on seminars (oral answers and additions) is evaluated with a maximum of 5 points per seminar. The report on the independent work of students on individual topics is presented in the form of presentations and reports, each of which is evaluated with a maximum of 5 points. Students are required to fulfill such works as Trend Radar and Customer Journey Map, presentation in PechaKucha format, provided by the Work Curriculum, which is rated at a maximum of 10 points each.
