Learning outcomes
The discipline is aimed at achieving such key competencies as the ability to learn and master modern knowledge in the field of global corporations in international markets, the ability to assess the effects of international business in global competition, the ability to decide on business strategies of international corporations in globalization

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the theoretical and practical aspects of global corporations in international markets and the main directions of its development in modern conditions. 2. Be able to analyze the causes and consequences of current trends in global corporations in international markets. 3. Have basic skills in searching and analyzing regulations, analytical materials and statistical sources. 4. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages for better opportunities to learn about regulations -legal acts governing the activities of global corporations in international markets.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Assessment of students' knowledge is carried out by current control, and the final result of the student's work during the semester is evaluated on a 100-point scale.
Current control: answers and presentations (up to 40 points), written analytical individual and group tasks, case studies (up to 40 points), final modular test (up to 20 points). The credit is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester.
