Learning outcomes
Know the basic concepts and terminological components of project management; goals, objectives and organizational and economic conditions of project financing; trends in the development of forms of international economic relations that serve the functioning of international investment activities; the specifics of the work of various subjects of international economic relations; regularities of interaction of countries of different nationalities in the field of international business. Be able to analyze methods for assessing the effectiveness of the financial plan of the investment project; economically correct to assess the features of the business plan, clearly limited by time, and the effectiveness of its implementation; develop, substantiate and provide methods for assessing ways to monitor the practice of its implementation in high risk conditions.

The student must have general knowledge of international business, micro- and macroeconomics, entrepreneurship, international tax management

Conceptual foundations and organization of project management and management in ІB The concept and basics of project management Project development and organizational structures of project management Project financing and project marketing Project examination and evaluation of investment projects effectiveness Module 2.
