Learning outcomes
PLO 4. Demonstrate the ability to conduct cases in international judicial institutions and other general and special international institutions for the settlement of international disputes, protecting interests of the state, individuals and legal entities.
PLO 6. Demonstrate the ability to comprehensive legal and (in cooperation with experts) economic analysis of an international commercial and another economic project for the determination of the main legal and non-legal, but legally related with economic activity, risks.
PLO 11. Demonstrate foreign language written and oral communication skills with the professional use of legal terminology.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) acquisition by students of English language skills in everyday, socio-cultural and socio-political spheres;
2) ensuring practical knowledge of a foreign language.
Course content
"Foreign language (English)" is part of the educational and professional training program for educational and qualification level "master". The program of the course provides a comprehensive study of phonetics, vocabulary and grammar of English in accordance with the profile of the Institute for communication in English orally and in writing and solving problems of interpersonal and intercultural interaction. The communicative orientation of English language learning is realized through the formation of students' speech skills in the main types of speech activity - listening, speaking, reading and writing, as well as basic skills and abilities in translation.

Lectures, seminars, solving practical cases, the execution of self-study tasks; performing group tasks-simulations
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment is carried out during the semester of all types of work, including independent work and individual lexical and grammatical exercises. Test papers of the first module are held until the 7th week of the semester, test papers of the second module - up to 12 weeks. Evaluation of the results of independent work is carried out in the same time
