Learning outcomes
PLO 3. To make reasonable decisions in the law-making and law-enforcement fields of law, realizing their ethical consequences for different subjects of national and international commercial law.
PLO 4. Demonstrate the ability to conduct cases in international judicial institutions and other general and special international institutions for the settlement of international disputes, protecting interests of the state, individuals and legal entities.
PLO 5. Demonstrate the ability to represent the client's interests in civil and commercial matters in the courts of Ukraine, arbitration courts, state bodies authorized to conduct commercial investigations.
PLO 7. Determine the content and legal nature of national regulations, international treaties and other international instruments, identify conflicts between the norms of international treaties, between the norms of an international treaty and acts of national legislation, and propose ways of their solution

Prerequisites and co-requisites
• mastering and free possession of knowledge in such disciplines as "private international law", "comparative civil procedure", "international law" as components of the future specialty;
• the ability to study regulations, analyze their content, evaluate and draw conclusions about the legal positions set out in court cases, give legal qualifications, justify the legal position.
Course content
The discipline "International Civil Procedure" is important for students majoring in "International Law" at the educational qualification level "Master" of the educational program "International Private Law" and works closely with such disciplines as "International Private Law", "Comparative Civil Procedure". "International Law" and many others taught to students majoring in "International Law".
The subject of the discipline is the international civil process as a set of national and international rules governing various aspects of disputes with a foreign element, including determining the jurisdiction of such disputes in the courts of a state, resolving potential conflicts of jurisdiction, litigation with foreign elements and cross-border litigation. actions required by such a process, determining the conditions and grounds for enforcement of foreign court decisions.

Assessment methods and criteria
The discipline "International Civil Procedure" is evaluated by a modular rating system.
Current control: evaluation of work in seminars and practical classes; performing independent work; students write modular tests.
Content module 1 (MR1) includes topics 1 - 2, and content module 2 (MR2) - topics 3 - 6. The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. Mandatory for admission to the test is to perform individual tasks of independent work, provided by the program of the discipline. The form of final control in the discipline "International Civil Procedure" is an exam. Lecture questions, questions of seminar (practical) classes, independent work are taken out on examination.
