Make informed decisions in the law-making and law-enforcement spheres of legal activity, being aware of their ethical consequences for various subjects of national and international public law; Apply the acquired knowledge and skills in international relations and public international law in solving practical problems; Analyze and implement in practice the mechanism of implementation of acts of international intergovernmental organizations and integration associations, in particular the European Union, into the national legal system; Prepare drafts of international treaties and acts of national legislation, demonstrate the ability to resolve inconsistencies between various regulations, fill gaps in the mechanism of international law, provide proposals to bring domestic law in line with international public law

Know the basics of International Public Law (basics of theory), International Public Law (major branches and institutes); Be able to analyze and establish the content of the rights and obligations of subjects of international law in accordance with the provisions of international treaties; Have basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, elaboration of a large array of legal material with their own conclusions and suggestions

Lectures, seminars, individual work

Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers at the seminar and independent work (up to 48 points), final module control work (up to 12 points). The form of final control is an exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam – up to 40 points.
