Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the basics of International Public Law (basics of theory), International Public Law (main branches and institutes), Ability to analyze and establish the content of rights and obligations of international law subjects in accordance with the provisions of certain international treaties, Have the basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, working out of a considerable amount of legal material while providing one’s own conclusions and proposals
Course content
Thematic plan of the discipline: Topic 1. The concept and sources of international wildlife law Topic 2. International legal protection of marine living resources. Protection of biodiversity by means of international trade law. National law in matters of fauna protection.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers at the seminar and independent work (up to 50 points), written individual work (up to 20 points), final module control work (up to 30 points). The form of final control is a credit.
