Learning outcomes
Know modern concepts of the administrative process, general and special principles of the administrative process, principles of the administrative process; the main sources of law, the structure of judicial institutions of courts of administrative jurisdiction; concepts of "appellate", "cassation", "revision" court in administrative proceedings; systems of administrative courts of major foreign countries at different instance levels; the principles of functioning of the European Union's administrative proceedings. Studying the course will allow the student to move from a general understanding of theoretical knowledge of the main institutes of administrative procedural law to the knowledge and skills necessary for practical work in the field of administrative justice of Ukraine, international legal and national documents in the field of protection of the rights of individuals in their relations with public administration.

Course content
Thematic plan of the discipline: 1. Subject, course system. Principles of administrative process. Administrative coercion 2. Sources of administrative procedural law. The structure of the administrative process 3. Subjects of the administrative process 4. Evidence and proof in the administrative process 5. Procedural terms in administrative proceedings 6. Administrative procedural law of Ukraine 7. Administrative procedural law in the countries of the Romano-Germanic legal family (France and Germany) 8. Administrative process in the states of the Anglo-Saxon legal family (Great Britain and the USA)

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: work at seminars (up to 35 points), essay writing (up to 8 points), drafting procedural documents (up to 19 points), drafting court decisions of courts of various instances (up to 13 points), control work (up to 10 points), final essay (up to 15 points). The form of the final control is the offset.
