To know the specifics of the organization of trade with European companies, the list and functions of EU institutions responsible for the implementation of EU customs policy, the role of EU customs and tariff relations in the regulatory system, foreign economic activity. To be able to analyze the effectiveness of EU trade policy. To be able to apply knowledge of import control instruments in the EU in trade between Ukraine and the EU. Communication in the process of analyzing and forecasting the economic dynamics of bilateral EU relations and providing recommendations to public authorities and commercial enterprises for planning medium- and long-term economic cooperation. To adopt and substantiate the decision to change the export strategy of Ukrainian enterprises based on the analysis of the dynamics and structure of trade between Ukraine and the EU

Full-time form

A student must have general knowledge of the basics of the European Union, have a mechanism for implementing competitive, social, infrastructural, regional and common commercial policies of the EU, be able to use information technology to search for information on EU customs policy, know English or other foreign languages for better opportunities to familiarize yourself with legal documents.

Content module 1: Conceptual principles of EU trade policy. European Union trade policy instruments. The system of trade preferences of the European Union. The essence of the Combined (Tariff and Statistical) Nomenclature of the European Community. Customs clearance and customs payments in the EU. Content module 2" Customs clearance as part of trade relations with European companies. Declaration of goods in foreign economic transactions with the EU. Organization of export operations with European companies. Organization of import operations with European companies.
