To know: the concept of diplomacy, the procedure and principles of establishing diplomatic relations; system of internal and external bodies of international diplomatic relations; functional staff of diplomatic missions, diplomatic and consular privileges and immunities; forms of establishing consular relations, opening consular offices, functions of consular offices; the essence, structure and functions of international diplomatic institutions to ensure economic interests; parameters of quantitative and qualitative changes in the system of diplomatic support of economic interests related to the growth of world trade; tasks of economic diplomacy in the context of the formation of a network economy, solving international trade, energy and debt issues; mechanisms of diplomatic support for strengthening the position of Ukrainian exporters in world trade, ensuring access to new promising markets for goods and services.

Distance form

The discipline "Economic Diplomacy and Diplomatic Practice" is based on and closely interacts with the cycle of disciplines of theoretical, professional and practical training, in particular: "History of international economic relations", "World economy", "Theory of international economic relations", "Regulation of international economic relations". A student must have general knowledge of the basics of microeconomics, macroeconomics and international economic relations, be able to assess national interests in the context of international economic relations.
