Learning outcomes
To understand the basic concepts and categories of strategic management; to understand the process of strategic management, implementation and evaluation of strategy, and the key conditions for implementing strategic management; to demonstrate knowledge about the nature and role of vision and mission in strategic management and to be able to formulate them; to be able to use the knowledge and methods obtained during the course for further training of a student, as well as for practical use in analyzing the strategy of an international enterprise; to master the skills of conducting group discussions on the chosen theoretical and practical topic related to the strategic management of an international enterprise; solving collective problems related to solving cases under the supervision and guidance of a teacher.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the basics of political economy, international trade, statistics, world economy, theory of multinational enterprises, international business and global finance. 2. Ability to understand the basic principles of functioning and management of international enterprises. 3. To have basic skills in collecting and processing economic information, critical thinking, and working with a significant amount of theoretical and empirical data, while providing your own conclusions and suggestions.
