Learning outcomes
Studying of the discipline involves the formation and development of competencies and program learning outcomes in accordance with the educational and scientific program of specialties 292 "International Economic Relations", in particular: ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis; ability to practical approbation of acquired knowledge; ability to work in an international environment; ability to identify features of the environment of international economic relations, to apply modern information technologies for economic and mathematical modeling; ability to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the world market conditions, to assess changes in the international environment; ability to analyze international markets for goods and services, tools and principles of regulation of international trade, international investment, international scientific and technical exchange, international labor migration.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the theoretical aspects and basics of regulation in various forms of international economic relations. To be able to analyze the causes and consequences of trends in international economic relations. To have basic skills in searching and analyzing regulatory documents, analytical materials and statistical data sources. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages in order to study reports, analytical notes of various international organizations, institutions and other publications in the original language.

Test, performance at seminars, polls. Case studies, presentations, work with computer programs and Internet sources.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: 1. Attendance at lectures and seminars - 15 points 2. Work at seminars (discussions, questions) - 15 points 3. Performing two individual tasks - 40 points. 4. Module test - 20 points 5. Written tasks (2 tasks of independent work) - 10 points It is obligatory to perform module test and individual independent work. It is possible to receive up to 4 points for a written task of a missed seminar. Final assessment is in the form of a pass-fail examination: the pass-fail examination is given to the student based on the results of work during the semester. Upon receipt of the resulting final number of points from 60 and above the student is credited. If a student has less than 60 points during the pass-fail examination to achieve the required minimum of points, it is possible to write another version of the module test (subject to cancellation of points for standard module test), working off missed seminars.
