Learning outcomes
- to know the conceptual framework that characterizes the development of monetary policy strategies of foreign countries
- to know the sources of information on the current state and direction of monetary regulation of an economy
- to know the general patterns of evolution of monetary policy strategies
- to know examples of the implementation of different types of monetary policy in the world
- to know the components, infrastructure and mechanism of monetary regulation of the economy, and the role of the central bank
- to know the system of legal and institutional environment for the development of monetary policy strategies of foreign countries

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of monetary policy and the main directions of its implementation in the context of economic globalization.
2. To be able to analyze the causes and consequences of current trends in the field of monetary regulation of the economy in conditions of global instability.
3. Basic skills in searching and analyzing regulations, analytical materials and statistical sources.
4. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages for better opportunities to read regulations governing the monetary sphere of the economy in the world.
