- to know the conceptual framework, methodology of theories of foreign direct investment - to know the sources about theories of foreign direct investment and multinational enterprises - to know the directions, stages of development of FDI and MNC theory, classification and typology of concepts - to know the theories of market power, monopolistic advantages - to know the features of macroeconomic theory of direct investment - to know the formation of the economic school of internalization and the theory of transaction costs - to know the essence of product life cycle theory and competitive advantages - to know the peculiarities of the development of the theory of oligopolistic reaction - to know the features of the Uppsala model of FDI - to know the essence of the eclectic theory of foreign direct investment - to know the characteristics and categories of resource theory of foreign direct investment
