Prerequisites and co-requisites
must know: psychological and social characteristics of different groups of clients; asics of general and social psychology; content and essence of communication; mechanisms of social perception; socio-psychological content of conflicts; psychological and social features of deviant behavior; basics of pathopsychology;
must be able to: use psychological methods of personality research; identify current customer problems and help solve them; to implement technologies of contact interaction;
must possess: knowledge of general and social psychology; knowledge of various forms of individual work with clients; knowledge of the basic forms of social work.
Course content
The aim of the course is to provide students with systematic knowledge of the theoretical foundations of psychodiagnostics and the basic principles of using psychodiagnostic techniques in working with clients. Effective diagnosis of psychological characteristics of clients and client groups involves mastering the basic techniques of diagnosis, as well as possession of the most famous psychodiagnostic techniques that can be used in social work. This requires the formation of students' knowledge of the basic principles of the psychodiagnostic process, adequate ideas about the role, place, possibilities and limitations of psychodiagnostic procedures in various spheres of social work.

Assessment methods and criteria
Verbal answers, abstracts, modular control, test. The maximum number of points per semester is 60 points. The form of the test is verbal, in accordance with previously submitted creative tasks and projects. The minimum number of points of admission to the test is 36 points. The number of points scored per semester is announced in advance. Evaluation scale: 0-59 points - not credited, 60-100 points - credit.
