Learning outcomes
LO 7. To use specialized software in solving professional problems. LO 9. To use appropriate scientific investigations and apply professional research skills in the provision of social assistance. LO 23. To construct the process and the result of social work within the set tasks, to use quantitative and qualitative indicators, to adjust the work plan in accordance with the results of the assessment.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Students shall know the basic concepts and categorical apparatus of the disciplines "Social Psychology", "Conflictology", "Assertiveness Training", "Social Perception Training"; methods of studying dialogic and conflict communication; technologies and means of influence and interaction in the communicative process.. 2. They shall be able to organize and analyze the mediation process from the point of view of socio-psychological knowledge and legislation; apply methods and techniques of organizing dialogic communication, conflicts, etc.; apply the acquired knowledge in the practical field. 3. They shall have the skills to business communication, reflective listening; analysis of various crisis situations and determination of possible ways of working.
Course content
The course purpose for students is to master the basics of socio-psychological knowledge on issues of social mediation and facilitation and to acquire skills in their application in various applied areas of professional activity. The discipline is designed to define the subject, tasks of social mediation, features of organization and implementation, methods and techniques, types and problems, forms, structural components, models, etc. Consideration of issues related to facilitation and the use of various techniques in relation to specific spheres of social practical activity and tasks to be solved is envisaged

Lecture, seminar, practical class, individual work
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: recitations (speeches at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additional remarks), analytical reports, creative independent work, final test. Form of final control - credit. Organization of evaluation: Evaluation is carried out during the semester for all types of work. The maximum number of points for work during a semester is 60. The exam is conducted in oral and written form and is evaluated based on the results of the answer to the examination ticket. Students who scored during the semester lower points than the critical-calculated minimum - 35 points are not allowed to take the exam. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 40 points. Rating scale: 0-59 – not credited; 60-74 – credited D; 75-84 – credited C; 85-89 – credited B; 90-100 – credited A.
