To know the US and Chinese concepts of information warfare.
To know techniques of psychological influence in information operations.
To understand organizational aspects of conducting information operations.
To understand specifics and tools of modern influence operations.
To be able to identify and analyze information operations.
To be able to analyze influence techniques in information operations and its effects for international actors.
To present well-founded ideas and opinions on the topic of information warfare.
To find, analyze and process information from different sources and to make decisions.

To know basics of foreign policy, international relations, communication theory, public relations and information policy.
To be able to work with information sources using information technologies, to analyze events and processes in global information environment.
To have basic information literacy and critical thinking skills.

Information operations units in different countries.
Psychological influence tools in information warfare of 21st century.
Influence operations as a form of modern information operations.
