Course content
Module 1 Topic 1 Political sphere of society. Nature, resources and technologies of political power implementation Topic 2 Organization and functioning of political systems. Political communication and information power Topic 3 Electoral technologies. Strategy and tactics of the election campaign Topic 4 Elections as a type of political technology Topic 5 Election campaign its essence and components Module 2. Topic 6. The technology of "spinning" myths and ideas. Formation of the image of the leader or party (bloc). Topic 7. The essence and classification of pre-election and electoral technologies. Topic 8. Basic and differential election technologies. Topic 9 Crisis communications. Program actions in the conditions of political crises. Topic 10 Information wars. Stages and means of conducting psychological operations. Topic 11. Methods of electoral space research. Topic 12. Political leadership in the election process

Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of assessment: the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of student work in seminars, the quality of preparation of written independent, tests, case studies, presentations and individual presentations. Semester assessment is carried out in the form of testing knowledge and skills: activity and quality of presentations, reports at seminars, participation in discussions, quality of prepared presentations, activity during case studies and subject discussions - up to 35 points (up to 5 points per seminar, 7 seminar classes, 5x7 = 35 points), the lower level of positive evaluation - 20 points. Final modular test - up to 30 points (lower level of positive assessment - 20 points). Execution of individual written work (1 work) - up to 35 points (lower level of positive assessment - 20 points). Written works are accepted in due time.
