Learning outcomes
acquainting students with the conceptual, informational, communication and programmatic foundations of state PR. Know the main components of the political structure of the state and civil society and the relationship between them; the role of political communications and their influence on the consciousness of citizens; methods of political analysis in state institutions, as well as principles and mechanisms of implementation of PR programs by state structures. To be able to effectively analyze the information and communication strategies of state institutions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
-know ledge of modern communication technologies and their features use of international relations by state and non-state actors; - ability to identify, pose and solve problems of state institutions; - acquisition and mastery of elementary skills of information and communication activities of state PR.
Course content
Introduction Topic 1. The state and civil society as forms of organization of the political sphere of society. Political structures of the state and civil society Topic 2. Political communications and their role in the functioning of the state and civil society. Political analysis in state institutions: methodology and practice. Topic 3. Political forecasting in state institutions: methodology and methods. Technologies, methods and models of political decision-making in state institutions. Modular control work 1 Topic 4. PR - as an element of management of a government organization. The main tasks of public relations services. Topic 5. Government models of public relations. State structures and public opinion. Topic 6. Public speeches, their writing and delivery. Peculiarities of the work of speechwriters in the structure of the public relations department. Topic 7. The essence of political leadership in state authorities. Modular control work 2

Assessment methods and criteria
1) defense of individual tasks; 2) modular tests. 3) exam . Students can receive up to 100 points for individual work and writing module tasks. In practical training , students perform practice-oriented tasks, which are assessed with a maximum of 10 points (threshold level of a positive assessment - 2 points). The content module includes all topics. Mandatory for the exam is the performance of individual work provided for in the work program of the discipline.
