The student should know: the social and psychological characteristics of the training work and the principles of personal growth training. The student should be able to: apply the methods and technologies of personal growth training. The student must have: basic communication techniques in the preparation of the training program.

The purpose of the discipline - students must master the knowledge of the essence of personal growth and means of achieving the harmony of the individual.

Practical lessons, tasks for Individual work of the student,testing, solving practical problems.

The maximum number of points for the qualification is 40 points, the minimum number of points added to the semester - 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points allocated for the qualification). Students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 20 points are not allowed to compile the score. Recommended minimum for admission -36 points. Grading scheme: Excellent 90-100 points. Good 75-89 points. Satisfactory 60-74 points. Fail 0-59 points.

Ukrainian
