Distance form

1) successful mastering of disciplines (after three years of study) "Chinese language", "Introduction to Eastern philology", "Fundamentals of linguoculturology", "Features of Chinese hieroglyphics", "Linguo-regional studies", etc.; 2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of philological science (linguistics and literary studies) and cultural studies; 3) possession of the practice of etymological analysis of hieroglyphs, skills of cultural analysis of original works; 4) the ability to read cultural information embedded in hieroglyphs.

The purpose of the discipline is to deepen students' knowledge about the originality of the mentality of Chinese speakers and about the peculiarities of the representation of the ethnic picture of the world of Chinese in the language. Module 1, devoted to the theoretical foundations of ethnolinguistics as a science, and Module 2, is designed to get acquainted with the components of ethno-consciousness of Chinese speakers. The discipline is one of the components of a comprehensive training in the specialty "Philology (Eastern languages and literatures (translation included)" under the program "Chinese language and literature and translation, English", selective block "Chinese studies: linguoculturology and translation".

The course provides the following forms of organization of training: lecture and Seminoran classes conducted using interactive teaching methods, and independent work. The main types of work and, accordingly, the objects of semester control are: answers at seminars, presentations, work tests. Detailed planned educational activities and teaching methods are presented in the working program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular theoretical training, which is 40% of the total assessment, and practical training, which is 60% of the total assessment. The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student for classroom work and for independent work; As a result: in the maximum dimension of 100 points, in the minimum dimension 60 points. The discipline ends with a getting the credit, which is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment measures. Evaluation criteria are presented in the working program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.
