To possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as "Introduction to University Studies", etc.

to compose written documents, correcting their content, systematizing the materials necessary for work, effectively organizing their own learning activities.
Course content
The discipline forms students' economic, institutional and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity and aims to provide students with knowledge and initial practical skills in the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its forms and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; technologies for creating their own business; state regulation of entrepreneurship; commercialization of scientific developments.
The constitutional principles of realization of the right to work and its main forms are revealed. Students study the rules of law governing the procedure for concluding, amending and terminating an employment contract as the main form of realization of the right to work. The legal basis for establishing and regulating basic working conditions is outlined: working time and rest time; labor standardization and remuneration; labor protection, labor discipline. The author reveals the grounds and procedure for bringing an employee to legal liability for non-performance or improper performance of labor duties (disciplinary liability, material liability). The legal framework for the protection of labor rights in Ukraine is analyzed.

Assessment methods and criteria
The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the entire semester and does not include additional assessment measures for successful students. For students who scored a total of less than 60 points, in order to receive a credit, it is absolutely necessary to prepare material (not later than a week before the end of the course) on the topics for which the debt arose, in the form of writing modular test papers, oral answers and performing independent written tasks, preparation of a presentation on the chosen topic, having coped with at least 60% of the tasks. Students must settle their arrears before the beginning of the credit session.
