Population health is one of the main indicators of the country's development. Intensification of life, work, the action of many constantly changing adverse environmental factors lead to fatigue, impaired ability to adapt and the emergence of various diseases. The consequence of this may be not only the emergence of changes at the morphological or molecular levels, but also violations in social and psychological functioning - deformation of personality. The psychology of human somatic health is formed under the influence of various factors (social, mental, material, etc.). The timely recognition and rational treatment of somatic and psychosomatic disorders requires the joint efforts of doctors and psychologists. The discipline "Psychology of somatic health" is aimed at training psychologists to address these issues and to form an individual approach to a healthy lifestyle.

Conditions for admission to the exam. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he / she scored less than 36 points during the semester. The student is admitted to the exam provided that 50% of the planned practical work is completed. Organization of assessment: after topic 1-4 modular test work 1; after topic 5 students prepare presentations; after topic 8 is a modular test 2.
