Learning outcomes
PLO 2 Work effectively with information: select necessary information from various sources, in particular from professional literature and electronic bases, critically analyze, interpret, organize, classify and systematize it. PLO 15 Carry out linguistic and literary analysis of the texts of various styles and genres. PLO 16 Know and understand the basic concepts and theories of the chosen philological specialization, be able to apply them in professional activity. PLO 21.2 Know literary process in Ukraine and the world of the 20th–21st centuries, as well as the context of literature, in particular, among other types of art. PLO 23.2 Analyze aesthetic features of the personal texts and texts of different writers.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Before starting the course, students should know the basics of literary analysis of works of art; periodization of the literary process in Ukrainian literature; the main features of styles and directions that were formed and changed in Ukrainian literature; to have literary and critical writing skills.
Course content
The course is aimed at acquainting students with the theoretical foundations of communication technologies and mass communications; leading aesthetic trends in the development of the modern literary process in the context of digital and multimedia technologies, visual practices; highlighting the peculiarities of the implementation of multimedia practices in the works of modern Ukrainian writers; revealing the psychosemantic nature of the media narrative and the peculiarities of its functioning in branding and mythodesign; working out the regularities of building an image (of the author and his literary product) in practical activities.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Planned educational events: oral answers / participation in the discussion, individual creative project; presentation of an individual creative project; modular control work. Teaching methods: lectures, seminars, independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
The semester total of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of learning the material from the entire educational course. The overall grade consists of points received during the semester (minimum 60 / maximum 100 points). The assessment breakdown is as follows: oral answer, participation in the discussion is assessed at a minimum of 1 / maximum of 3 points; creative project - minimum 4 / maximum 7 points; presentation - minimum 3 / maximum 6 points; a student can score a minimum of 3 / maximum of 7 points for a modular test. The form of the final evaluation is a credit, with the scale of conformity of grades being: "Passed" - 60-100; "Failed" - 0-59.
