PLO 2. Confidently speak the state language, Turkish, a second Turkic language and English for written and oral communication, in particular in situations of professional and scientific communication; present the results of their research in the state, Turkish and English. PLO 20.1. Know the theoretical and practical methodology of organizing the translation process, be able to perform pre-translation analysis of texts of different styles and genres, perform consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, and know the basics of translator's cursive. PLO 21.1. Know the principles of editing translated texts into Ukrainian.

Full-time form

1. Successful mastery of professional disciplines during previous courses. 2. Knowledge of phonetic laws, grammatical structures and syntax rules of the Turkish language. 3. Possession of oral and written translation skills.

The discipline "Translation of Turkish-language legal, financial and economic texts" is one of the components of comprehensive training in the field of study 035 - Philology, specialty "Turkish Philology, English and Translation". The subject of study is the main types of legal, economic and commercial texts, business documents and correspondence; students learn how to translate and interpret them. Particular attention is paid to lexical and semantic transformations during translation and grammatical features of these texts. Specialized terminology, legal clichés and cliches in economic and legal texts are also considered. This discipline is an elective component of the educational and scientific program "Oriental Philology, Western European Language and Translation: Turkish Language and Literature"; level of education: first (VII semester; 120 hours in total, including 60 hours of practical classes, 60 hours of independent work). The course ends with a test.

Practical classes; independent work.

Evaluation of semester work: 1. Answer at a practical lesson: 15 - 30 points. 2. Creative and research tasks, work with dictionaries, text corpora, the Internet: 15 - 30 points. 3. Control work with open answers: 15 - 20 points. 4. Final control work: 15 - 20 points.
