Full-time form

1) Successful mastery of courses: Chinese language, Translation Studies, Theory and Practice of Translation of Chinese, Fundamentals of the Practice of Translation of the Chinese language, etc.; 2) Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of linguistics and translation studies; 3) Knowledge of the functional level of the Chinese language. 4) The ability to apply theoretical translation skills in the practical field, as well as the skills of translation of scientific speech.

The purpose of the discipline is the formation of professional interpreting skills among Orientalists-Chinese, the formation of professional translation and professionally oriented intercultural communicative competencies. The discipline "Oral Chinese-Ukrainian bilateral translation at conferences" is one of the selective disciplines of the specialty "Philology (Oriental languages and literatures (including translation), the first is Chinese)" under the program "Chinese Language and Literature and Translation, English" of the selective block "Chinese Studies: Linguistics and Translation".

The course provides for the following forms of organization of training: practical classes conducted using interactive teaching methods, and independent work. The main types of work and, accordingly, the objects of semester control are: the answer to practical lessons, control work with open answers, final control work. Detailed planned educational events and teaching methods are presented in the working program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular theoretical training, which is 40% of the total assessment, and practical training, which is 60% of the total assessment. Semester number of points are formed by points received by the student for classroom work and for independent work; As a result: in the maximum dimension of 100 points, in the minimum dimension of 60 points. The discipline ends with a credit, which is exhibited based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment measures. Evaluation criteria are presented in the working program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.
