Learning outcomes
PLO 3. To plan and conduct own marketing research, analyze its results and justify effective marketing decisions under uncertainty. PLO 5. To present and discuss the results of scientific and applied research, and marketing projects in national and foreign languages. PLO 8. To use methods of interpersonal communication to meet collective challenges, negotiate, conduct scientific discussions in the sphere of marketing. PLO 11. To apply the methods of marketing strategic analysis and interpret its results to improve a market player’s activity. PLO 15. To collect necessary data from different sources, process and analyze its dynamics using modern methods and specialized software.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: basic concepts and laws of management, basic economic models, which are used to analyze the results of management decision-making by economic subjects. 2. To be able to: use scientific and applied material of the disciplines when solving professional tasks; to be able to interpret the approaches to management of organizations operating in the world practice in relation to specific situations in the conditions of Ukraine and its individual regions; correctly navigate modern forms and methods of work of managers; systematize, process and use information that reflects the current state of affairs in the organization. 3. Elementary skills: forecasting, use of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course content
The program of the academic discipline consists of the following content modules: Content module 1. "Fundamentals of leadership." The module studies the transformation of the modern paradigm of leadership, its main types, considered leadership styles and the expediency of their application in various types of personnel management organizations, depending on the socio-psychological characteristics of the team and the company's strategy. Content module 2. "Personal development". The module examines the issues of personal development trajectory planning, the main vectors of personal development, adaptation to changes, the role of networking and features of interaction with various groups of stakeholders for the personal development of a specialist, issues of design thinking and personal creativity.

Assessment methods and criteria
Module 1: assessment for work in seminar classes and control work - 30 points (marginal assessment 18 points). Module 2: assessment for work in seminar classes and control work - 30 points (marginal assessment 18 points) For students who during the semester did not reach the minimum grade level (60% of the maximum possible number of points), a final semester test is conducted, the maximum grade for which cannot exceed 40% of the final grade (up to 40 points on a 100-point scale).
