PRN4. Be able to develop a strategy and tactics of marketing activity taking into account its cross-functional nature implementation. PRN5. Present and discuss scientific and applied results research, marketing projects in national and foreign languages. PRN6. To be able to increase the effectiveness of marketing activities of a market entity at different levels of management, to develop projects in the field of marketing and manage them. PRN7. Be able to shape and improve marketing system of a market entity. PRN9. Understand the essence and features of the use of marketing tools in the process of making marketing decisions.

- successful mastery of the basic educational disciplines of training specialists in the field of knowledge "Management of organizations" at the bachelor's level of education. – knowledge of the theoretical foundations of management, management decision-making, business planning, enterprise economics, personnel management, financial and investment management, budgeting, quality management, risk management, etc.

Content module 1: "Fundamentals of project management". Project management in modern conditions. Project life cycle and organization. Content module 2 "Practice of project management". Project quality management. Project human resources planning. Project communications management. Project risk management.

Lectures - 24 hours. Seminars - 24 hours. Consultations - 3 hours. Independent work - 129 hours.

Module 1: assessment for work in seminar/laboratory classes and MKR1 – 30 points (marginal assessment 18 points). Module 2: assessment for work in seminar/laboratory classes, MKR2 and defense of the educational project - 30 points (marginal assessment 18 points)
