Learning outcomes
PLO1 To know and be able to apply in practice modern marketing principles, theories, methods, and practical tools. PLO2 To be able to adapt and apply new developments in marketing theories and practices to achieve specific goals and objectives of a market player. PLO4 To demonstrate the ability to develop a marketing strategy and tactics considering their cross-functional character. PLO9 To understanding the nature and peculiarities of the marketing tools’ application in the marketing decision-making process. PLO10 To justify marketing decisions regarding a market player by using modern managerial principles, approaches, methods, and techniques. PLO12 To diagnose and strategically and operationally manage marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies, projects, and programs PLO18 To apply pedagogical technologies and deliver professional disciplines under the current legislation

Prerequisites and co-requisites
• knowledge of concepts and categories of economic theory, methods of economic analysis, features functioning of the modern economy at the micro and macro level; • knowledge of concepts and categories of economic policy, functioning of modern institutional structures of democratic societies; • the ability to analyze economic processes and phenomena, to explain the relationship between economic facts, economic theory and economic policy; • have the skills of system analytical thinking.
Course content
The course program includes following modules: MODULE 1 "WESTERN AND EASTERN EUROPE СOUNTRIES ECONOMIC POLICY" involves familiarization with modern approaches to the formation of economic policy and practice using its mechanisms and tools to influence economic processes and regulation activities of business entities, studying the distribution of powers between political entities process under the conditions of the common market and the economic union of European countries; learning goals, mechanisms and tools for the formation and implementation of national and joint policies of countries Western and Eastern Europe in order to assess the peculiarities of the political factors of the market environment MODULE II "TRANSITION ECONOMY" involves studying the essence, structure, characteristic features and formation of new elements of the transitional economy, their methodology comparative analysis; national models of socio-economic development; leading transformation trends of transitional economies; genesis of methodological foundations of economic transitology; institutional and organizational mechanisms for increasing competitiveness transitional economies; priority areas of innovation and institutional modernization national economies in a global environment; systemic risks and strategic priorities transformation of the economy of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization.
