            The student should know: the peculiarities of communication in the system of interpersonal and social relations,
The student must be able to: establish positive contact with others, possess techniques and skills of effective self-presentation.
The student must have: non-verbal communication techniques, differentiate emotions and experiences - their own and a communication partner.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The purpose of the discipline is the study and testing by students of different models of communication in a professional environment.

            Practical lessons, tasks for individual work of the student, testing, solving practical problems.
        
    
            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            The maximum number of points for the qualification is 40 points, the minimum number of points added to the semester - 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points allocated for the qualification). Students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 20 points are not allowed to compile the score. Recommended minimum for admission -36 points.
Grading scheme:
Excellent 90-100 points.
Good 75-89 points.
Satisfactory 60-74 points.
