Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes To know: theoretical and historical foundations formation, development and implementation of electoral systems for various types of elections; regulatory and legal support of the election process in Ukraine Be able to master the categories of the system elections, identify and formulate a problem in the electoral sphere; demonstrate an understanding of the main trends in the development of legislation regulating election processes autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for professional and/or managerial decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may affect the participation of citizens in decision-making in local self-government or certain forms of participatory democracy, in particular, when justifying the need for changes in the country, region, community;

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. To know: the main theoretical and historical foundations of the formation of electoral systems, the principles and specifics of their implementation in the electoral process of various types of elections. 2. To be able to initiate, develop and organize the administration of election stages process 3. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical, sociological and other data, working with the regulatory and legal framework, critical and creative thinking, generating new ideas, positive attitude to complex communications, seeing opportunities in problems.

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points): 1. Performance of practical classes - max. 35 points / min. 21 points. 2. Control work - max. 20 points / min. 12 points 3. Independent work - max. 5 points / min. 3 points 4. Individual analytical work - mach. 20 points / min. 12 points. Rescheduling the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed is allowed - final evaluation Final control is carried out in the form of a written test, which is evaluated at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline.
