Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know: the theoretical foundations of modern management, the content of its main functions; system of laws and principles of development of organizations; features of public administration and
administration; m; state influence on economic processes and their consequences; methods and tools of personnel management.
2.Be able to use the acquired knowledge in the analysis of management processes in public service bodies; navigate the system of public management and administration; to determine the effectiveness of public servants; collect factual data, analyze and evaluate
their admissibility, reliability and sufficiency for decision-making.
3. To have the skills of analysis, synthesis, generalization, evaluation, processing and forecasting of the socio-economic situation, working with the regulatory and legal framework, an array of statistical information, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. .).

Methods and criteria of assessment
– semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points):
1. Oral survey, discussion (RN1; 2.1-2.3; 3) – 6 points / 4 points;
2. Modular control work (2 MKR, 5 points max. each) (RN 1; 2.1-2.3; 4) – 10 points / 6 points;
3. Individual analytical task (RN 3; 4) – 20 points / 12 points
4. Independent work (RN 1; 2; 3; 4) – 24 points / 14 points;
– final assessment (MAX – 40 points / MIN – 24 points): the form of final assessment is an exam.
Maximum quantity
of points that can be received by a student is 100 points.
