Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know: subject and place of conflict studies as sciences; essence, main characteristics, determinants and conflict dynamics; types of conflicts and strategies for behavior in conflicts; basics of conflict management Be able to: use the categorical apparatus when considering conflicts; analyze conflicts, distinguish their structural elements and stages; apply conflict management technologies Ability: to carry out constructive communication, negotiations on conflict resolution; to reveal personal responsibility in a conflict situation and during its management; to awareness of moral, cultural, civic values and respect for human rights in the prevention and resolution of conflicts

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites and additional requirements 1. To know: the basics of psychology, sociology, theory of functioning of social systems. 2. To be able to analyze the content of key concepts of psychology and sociology, generalize and correlate different conceptual approaches to the study of social phenomena. 3. Possess the skills of public communication, activity planning, assessment of activity results, building professional interaction, analysis, synthesis, summarization of information, working with the regulatory and legal framework.

Methods and criteria of assessment – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points): 1. Performance of practical classes (methodology provided by NMK) - max. 7 points / min. 4 points 3. Independent work - max. 5 points / min. 3 points. 4. Individual analytical work - max. 18 points / min. 12 points. Rescheduling the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed is allowed - final assessment
