To know: the theoretical foundations and main problems of the theory and practice of modern foreign constitutionalism; principles, content and functional mechanism of modern foreign constitutionalism;
Be able to: explain the variability of modern public management processes arising from the specifics of the organization of public power in foreign countries and the current trends of modern foreign constitutionalism; to carry out research on the functional mechanism
Autonomy and responsibility:
independently solve complex tasks related to the verification of the results of existing published studies and compare them with the results of independently conducted studies; bear responsibility for the reliability and political-ideological non-involvement of the conducted studies and explanations of the features of national systems of modern constitutionalism in foreign countries.

It is studied after mastering the cycle of ensuring general competences, the cycle of acquiring language competences. Before starting this course, students should know the basics of jurisprudence; basic concepts and categories in the field of public power and public administration. To be able to collect and interpret information about the phenomena and phenomena of public power and governance; apply basic legal terms and legal categories when analyzing political and legal phenomena and constitutional processes in foreign countries.Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding constitutional and legal events and phenomena; use of foreign language sources of constitutional law of foreign countries.

Seminar classes are conducted according to the study schedule in the form of a discussion. Participation in the discussion at the seminar session is valued at a maximum of 50 points.

Oral presentation: 8-10 points - the student fully possesses the educational material, presents it freely and with arguments, deeply and comprehensively reveals the content of the assigned task,
using mandatory and additional literature 4-7 points - the student has a sufficient amount of educational material, teaches it freely,
but there may be a lack of argumentation in the explanations, mainly reveals the content of the assigned task, uses mandatory literature. Inaccuracies of 0-3 points are allowed - does not fully master the material, presents it fragmentarily and superficially, does not sufficiently reveal the content of the questions.
