Learning outcomes
Know the methodological, theoretical, legislative issues of natural and positive human and civil rights to land use, adequate nutrition, safe environment through the prism of philosophical laws of nature, economy, society, be able to solve complex tasks in the area of professional and / or research and innovation activities to deeply rethink existing and create new holistic knowledge on the patterns of development of legal regulation of land and agricultural relations, professional practice on these issues; to form a scientific worldview on the essence and functional purpose of land and agricultural law in the national legal system of Ukraine, professional ethics and general cultural outlook; acquire universal research skills.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the methodological, doctrinal, constitutional foundations of legal regulation of civil, economic, investment, agricultural, land and other social relations in Ukraine, be able to work independently with information retrieval systems, creatively use acquired knowledge of general philosophy, theory of state and law, industry doctrines of land and agrarian law in educational and practical activities, have the skills to apply the basic laws of general philosophy to reveal the subject of philosophy of land and agrarian law, scientific and theoretical analysis of social and state and legal phenomena in land use and protection, land rights exercising.
Course content
Methodological, theoretical, legislative issues of natural and positive human and civil rights to land use, adequate nutrition, safe environment through the prism of philosophical laws of nature, economy, society from the viewpoint of the essence and value system of human existence in the context of modern philosophical and legal understanding of social processes and phenomena in the field of land use and other natural resources, food security in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals, provides for the formation of doctoral students' ability to solve complex tasks in professional and / or research and innovation.

Verbal (lectures, conversations, stories, consultations), visual (presentation, illustration, demonstration, observation), practical (case studies), control (oral examination, testing, colloquia, express-examination, individual task, modular tests)
Assessment methods and criteria
The final score for the discipline is formed by adding the number of points scored during the semester and the number of points scored on the final form of performance evaluation (exam) and this amount of points may not be less than 60 points. The maximum final score for this discipline can be 100 points. Types of ongoing performance evaluation are selected by the teacher running seminars, in consultation with the lecturer and in accordance with this program. Types of ongoing performance evaluation can be: report, supplement to the report, express survey, abstract, 2 modular tests. Form of final control - Exam.
