1. Successful mastering of the courses: "School tourism", "school geography local lore", "Excursion methods in teaching geography" "Geographical local lore and country studies". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of basic geographic theories and concepts. Knowledge and understanding of the main spatio-temporal regularities of the geographical structure

This academic discipline is dedicated to – studying the basics of the organization of tourist and local history work, the role and place of tourist work section (circle or club) in the system of modern education; to reveal the significance of the local history museum in formation of the worldview of young people; characteristics of ethnographic and touristic features zoning of Ukraine. When studying the discipline, special attention is paid to the formation of important professionals skills and abilities in the methodology of organization of ethnographic, local history and tourism research, research of the potential of the region and the possibilities of its use in tourism sphere of Ukraine.
