            Learning outcomes
        
        
            To know the nature and objectives of outsourcing, types of outsourcing, the role of outsourcing in international finance, the differences between outsourcing and other forms of international economic relations. To know the legal regulation of outsourcing, external and internal documents governing international outsourcing. To know the national and internal requirements for outsourcing. To know the requirements for external and internal control. To know the content and institutional basis of the outsourcing process, its regulatory role in the activities of the MNC. To be able to determine the level of risk of outsourcing operations, evaluate its components based on the requirements of internal standards and in accordance with professional judgment. To be able to evaluate the effectiveness of outsourcing operations from a quantitative and qualitative point of view. To be able to sample for outsourcing operations. To be able to formalize the specifics of outsourcing operations.

            The course "Outsourcing of Multinational Enterprises" is based on and closely interacts with a series of disciplines of theoretical, professional, and practical training, including "Fundamentals of International Microeconomics", "Theory of International Economic Relations", "International Finance", "International Business", "Multinational Enterprises", etc.  It is assumed that students know modern methods and instruments of outsourcing in MNC.

Franchising as outsourcing in the field of intellectual capital.  6. Production outsourcing.  7. Logistics outsourcing.  8. Staff outsourcing.  9. Special types of outsourcing.
